Important dates for the paper submission schedule are as follows:
• Submission of Abstract March 15, 2010 (Monday)
• Notification of Acceptance May 15, 2010 (Saturday)
• Pre-Registration October 8, 2010 (Friday)
• Final Manuscript October 24, 2010 (Sunday)
Abstracts are limited to one A4 page. Abstracts are solicited in the topics of the conference. The workshop will also present some invited topics, including FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC constellation and the follow-on missions, which are currently operated and planned by NSPO. After the workshop, selected papers will be published as a volume of book dedicated to IWSCFF, or in Acta Astronautica, or in the Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics and Aviation.
